Born and raised in New Jersey, Steve always wondered about differences between regions of the state.  After he met his recent collaborator Alena, the two started working on their film debut documentary "North-South Jersey" (working title), a story of self-identification and interdependence. The project gained the attention of distinguished historian John T. Cunningham and is now being made into a book.  Stephen just completed his feature length script on young people in a post 9/11 world.

Alena is an independent filmmaker from Philadelphia. Her work ranges from short fiction, documentary, experimental video to theater, animation and new media. Her films have appeared on public television and have screened on regional festivals.  Alena had already found her voice with films like "No Exit", “Fear City” and “Units”, which although executed in different styles always examine human nature.  She is working on her first feature length script. She is currently involved in preproduction for her next documentary about Neil Stein.

Andrei Litvinov

Andrei is a Philadelphia based editor.  Educated at Temple University, he began his career by working for Oscar nominated director/writer Eran Preis. This collaboration resulted in two documentaries “Patricia Baltimore” and “God’s Children”(working title, currently in postproduction).  He is currently working on his own documentary “The Man Of Leisure”
